1st Annual "CRASH FEST"

Hey Race Fans are you one of those that likes to sees Wrecks & Crashes at the races, but don’t want anyone to get hurt. Well here is your chance to see some major carnage, big crashes, door2door crunches, and head on collisions.

The Tennessee National Raceway is the place to be on November 3, 2012 closing the year out with a BIG bang as we will be holding our 1st Annual “CRASH FEST” 3 Kinds of Demolition Derby’s (V-8, Mini Vans, and Riding Lawnmowers) there will be a Boat Trailer and a Camping Trailer Races along with a Flag Pole Race, A Reverse Race, and a Moving Madness Race.

A special car stunt with a Mystery Driver will be driving a car off a ramp and through a Motor Home.

Once again we will have another live music performance by CozmoNaut with Manda Rose.

CRASH FEST 2012
EVENT DESCRIPTION General Vehicle Build and Race Rules:
Take any make or model car, must remove all side windows, rear windows, and lights. Front windshield may remain or you can remove and replace with safety window bar and heavy wire screen. Driver's door safety bar and helmet are mandatory!
Long sleeve and pants mandatory! Fire suit and gloves highly recommended!

Reverse Race - The object of this race is to drive your vehicle the fastest in reverse 8 laps, while dodging and racing other drivers to the checkered flag!

Flag Pole Race - This race is like high speed - rush hour traffic, trying to get to the same place, at the same time. After making a lap around the track, drivers will need to enter the flag pole loop crossing traffic. Then completely zip around it before resuming track laps. This mayhem will continue for 8 laps. Bumping is highly encouraged to make your way out of the pack and get to the finish line first!

Trailer Race / boat race - The ultimate in vacation carnage! Take any size old boat, camper or pop up, utility trailer, or homemade trailer and race 8 laps around the track. Cutting other drivers off and acting like you own the road is a major plus. Must still have at least a part of your boat or trailer dragging behind your car to win. Feel free to slam into anything in your way to get to your destination first!

V8 Demo / Mini Van Demo / Lawn Mower Derby -
Full contact motorsports. The harder you hit...the harder they cheer! You need to make reasonable contact with the other drivers every 60 sec. NO SANDBAGGING ALLOWED! Suck it up and show us what your made of! Last one standing....takes the prize!

Moving Madness Race - Teams of (3) will be used to load and drive. (2) pit people will have five minutes to load and tie as much furniture on the outside of the car with premeasured rope (supplied by track). Then the pits will be cleared and when the horn blows your racing. Knock off as much of the opponents furniture anyway you can, as you try to keep yours on. After 5 intense, smashing laps around the track you will all be brought to the front strait to be counted. The team with the most furniture still on their car wins!

Camper Smash - "Demo Dave" will slam a car through a camper for the fun of it!

Pre-Register – If you call Dave Berrer [phone] before Saturdays events and get on the VIP list he will knock off $5.00 you Registration fee “DEAD LINE IS FRIDAY NIGHT” 11/02/12


All Events – If any one Driver/Competitor that competes in all 7 events (V8 Derby, Mini Van Derby, Lawnmower Derby, Flag Pole Race, Trailer Race, Reverse Race, and the Moving Madness Race) then at the end of the night you will receive your entry fee back.

(All Drivers/Competitors will still have to register on Saturday at the registration building) “REGISTRATION WILL BE FROM 12pm to 4:30pm”
